About the Role
We’re growing a Business Analyst & Implementation Consultant Talent Pool to support upcoming client projects. You’ll transform requirements into actionable specs, bridging business goals with AI-enabled solutions.
What You’ll Work On
- Gathering, analyzing, and documenting business and system requirements
- Leading discovery sessions and workflow mapping with clients
- Translating functional needs into clear user stories and acceptance criteria
- Coordinating with technical teams to ensure smooth implementation
- Supporting testing, training, and change-management activities
What We’re Looking For
- Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills
- Experience in SaaS, enterprise systems, or automation projects
- Exposure to data or AI-powered applications is a plus
- Tools: Confluence, Jira, Miro, Lucidchart, or equivalents
- Ability to work collaboratively across technical and business teams
- Passion for continuous learning, adaptability, and cross-functional teamwork
- Interest or experience with AI-powered systems is required.
